    Toshiba 5055C Service Menu

    Is there a way to access a service menu from the main menu on the copier, I know the password has been cleared out. I have tried a few combinations I have found online but no luck.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Update, I should add I have read through the service manual looking for this, I have seen there are many options for holding 2 or 3 different keys on the keypad during power on. But I wanted to see if anyone knew of a general service menu that is available while the machine is booted.

      I was able to find this, but still just checking to see if anyone knows of another way via the keypad while the copier is turned on. Maybe this is the only way?

          No other way apart from above reboot when holding keys

              User function button touch it
              Key in #1048#
              Hold last #, Wait for beep
              Click okay, unless password is changed
              You should have most of your service functions.
