Which firmware version do you have? - 08-900

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

These codes enable a "coated paper" under media type for the bypass. Well 676 enables this buttong. 674 sets coated paper for each paper source and 677 sets it for the bypass for each paper type. Is your customer running coated paper that is causing a jam? Apparently these codes increase the time out time for jams on coated paper. I would recommend against using coated paper in these machines, I guess the only thing the jam time out would help with is slipping feed tires/transport rollers. Depending, that is, on where it is increasing the time out which the SH does not indicate.

Never used this code, apparently there is a need for it because it is there. I just wouldn't run coated paper.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.
