    Error printer, contact to Toshiba

    Hi
    After installing Toshiba estudio2523
    It show "error printer plz contact to toshiba"
    I upgrade firmware, nothing help.
    Any suggestion?

      Put the copier in 08 mode.

      Run 08-9030
      Check the firmware level is what you expect it to be. 09-9900

          Tomorrow i will check 9900,
          I think it is corrupted bios firmware,
          Are same normal firmware and bios firmwar?
          Have someone bios firmware of es2523?
