What sort of advise for changing some codes or altering the machine would you guys have?
This machine is in our demo room and is used for inhouse things but it's volume is WAY to low for this box.
It likes to pack up the recycler system and fill it with toner until it pops a CD30. Near as I can tell there is nothing physically out of place. The shutter above the dev unit is open and the transport screw is turning and not deformed.
Before I go fiddling with toner refresh/patch timing and other codes any thoughts or advise for a 556 running very low volume ?
Sensors are all clean, the drum unit tray is not completely full, developer is not dumping but CQ is a little light in solid fill.
Also - did the 856 series drop out of cloud connect? I do not remember seeing anything about it being removed from said but the machine has suddenly disappeared from the console, and it 's not in the inactive Que either ???
I have not tried resetting it from the machine yet as right now it's down until I finish my research and unclog the recycler.
