fold in legal 13" es55

hi guys any body can help me or incounter it before.when i copy in all tray when i used letter size it never fold and when i copy in lg 13" it folds in all cassets.in folded part there is no print.any body can help me please.

Since there is no print in the folded area you know it is happening before transfer. Most likely in the registration area. Check registration drive/clutch. If it does it out of all trays then you have pretty much narrowed it down to registration or transport (unlikely to create a nice neat fold.) I'd bet the registration clutch/drive is slipping/overdriving.
