Hello, we used to be partnered with collins distributing, used to get our firmware from them. We are now a sharp dealer but still have some toshibas out there. I am wondering if it is possible to get firmware from someone for this ES-3040c. If we have to pay that works too. We just need to get our customer back up running.Thanks for any help.
