This should solve your problem.....Go into svc.mode 08.....go to 382...set the value back to 0.......This is the lcf lockout code..if the copier senses movement problems it locks out the lcf after 3 attempts...setting to 0 should bring your lcf back................the second problem occurs because of a firmware glitch and is caused by your lcf lockout...once you unlock the lck in 08/382...your 2nd problem should go away.....

I tried to change that 08/382 to 0 and it did move up but 2 inch at a time, and every time I had to open the door and close the door. Then it showed on the panel but the light turns off on the LCF switch. I tried to make a copy but the paper jammed at the tray, may be it did not let the paper be picked up. And there is the same problem. I tried to turn off and on few times but the light on the LCF blinks and then goes off. I checked the 08/382 and its at 0.
Any other ideas? thanks for your help.
