    eStudio330AC Scan to email

Set machine up at my office using a gmail account for scan to email and it worked properly.

Delivered to customer and scan to email is now not working. Customer uses G-Suite.

    Any ideas?

Check the inbox of that account. You'll probably see an email saying someone tried to log into your account from a new location. It can usually be resolved by logging into gmail on a PC at that location.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

Are they using Gmail / Gsuite as their SMTP server? There's a setting in GMail that you need to checkmark, something like "allow access from unsecure devices", or at least there was last time I checked.

Actually, it's "less secure apps". Less secure apps & your Google Account - Google Account Help

      That may be the issue.

Error code? If it is a 2c71 code then pacman is most likely correct.
