e-bridge print and capture app for android

I have a customer that wants to print to es2555c from android phone. The e-bridge app at the play store is an older version 1.0.34 and it will not connect to the copier. I have a newer version 4.4.6.3 that I installed on my phone last year that will connect with no problem. Does anyone know how to get the updated version of the app? Thanks for any help on the problem.

I usually recommend they use a free app called Mopria. Much more user friendly and works with all brands of printers.

Toshiba TEC is aware of this issue. It is an issue with Google play. You will have to wait until it is resolved.

Meanwhile, you can download the App and install it manually from this link:
