Respects all, back again looking for more Toshiba help, this time with two finicky finishers
I have a MJ-1112 and eStudio 5506ac. The saddle stitch finisher jams up error code EAB0 quite often, used to be every page got stuck as it attempts to enter the stacker. Played with it a little, does seem like the rollers are a little stiff not turning too easily. now it really only jams every 20 pages or so, or usually, the pages are sent up into stacker crooked so it gets folded/stapled all messed up, when this happens it also sometimes jams trying to exit the unit since the booklet so malformed, or the pages never make it into the stacker and gets stuck in the rollers multiple pages start bundling up like in the picture. I've got the 324 page MJ1111/MJ1112 service manual "[EAB0] Paper transport jam in Saddle Stitch Unit", manual basically says"Fix any mechanical problem occurring when the roller is rotated", they do seem stiff, but I am able to send a page through by manually rolling it up into stacker. I'm including a picture and a limewire (lol) link to a video showing some of the movements https://limewire.com/d/qG5hR#7yPTFBDOPJ any clues on how to get it smooth again,
I also have an eStudio 3005ac and MJ-1110 finisher. the saddle stitch back stapler works but errors out when the front is stapled. getting errors "check saddle stitch staple unit": I tried using a staple cartridge from a different unit same problem, I then observed that a black gear somehow split in half and it's stuck somewhere near the stacker. think it's the saddle stitch staple clinch unit gear but haven't had the chance to open it up yet, maybe I'll take a picture later but I couldn't find the part in the parts PDF or on precisionroller, wondering if I could superglue it together. Any help appreciated!
