I have replaced the waste toner cartridge and also replaced the waste toner motor but still get the error message

Known issue where shavings in the WTC motor short out the LGC board. Symptoms include WTC full message that will not clear or a constant running of the WTC motor.
We have had 3 of these and Toshiba sent us the motors and boards no charge via Hytec.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
