Hi all,
I am a new tech that works on mostly Kyocera and Toshiba.
I have come across an issue were the customer claims the copier is jamming but there is no jams through the paper paths.
The jam code is e190 so the LCF according to the service manual. The log shows constant E190 jam codes. 6 In the event log on the day i attended site. And even more on the previous days
However, when i am there. I put through hundreds of printouts through lCF with no jams. I cannot get it to fault while im there.
The rollers feed counts are only 60k and theyre fresh and clean with plenty of grip.
They aslo have papercut installed on the machine, I don't know if this could affect it somehow.
