I am getting the error message in my scan logs "Insufficient System Storage" when configured with my paid email provider SMTP2GO: Reliable & Scalable Email Delivery Service using an e2515AC at V1610 FW.
This has happened starting yesterday on five different current model Toshiba copiers with five different internet providers.
My scan log is at 25%.
Using known SMTP client settings for smtp2go I can both execute and connect.
Contacting smtp2go support they tell me that "Our side/service is for sending only and shouldn't have an error like that as we don't provide a mailbox."
Scanning the e5015AC Service manual V2 there is a vague suggestion that this is a RFC error.
2552 RFC related error
Insufficient system storage
Terminal /Destination address error
(RFC: 552)
- Y - Y - P. 8-317
Page 8-317 makes no mention of this error.
A Google search indicates
The "Error when opening an RFC connection" error message is a result of the affected RFC destination not working when an entry was being processed. This might happen due to intermittent network glitches or any network issue.
Any ideas?
I switched to a different SMTP client without issues.
Thanks,
