    eBridge Cloud Connect Reports

    I was wondering if anyone could offer some tips to deciphering the ECC reports? We've been using ECC for a while now and it's been great for f/w update, error and PM reports, and obtaining counter data. But I wanted to start using it to help with toner inventory forecasting. However, when I set up the Device Code Data (Consumables) Report what i receive is an .xml file. It seems like the .xml file is something Toshiba imports into proprietary software that they can then parse (just a guess). I was hoping for a .csv that would let me easily sort toner levels for machines. Does anyone know of a way to use that .xml file to obtain usable data? Or is there a way to create custom reports so I can get it in a format I can work with?
    Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
