i have Toshiba 3555c need use Department code for Color only For Print and Copy

Login to TopAccess using a web browser and the device ip address. The username and password should be admin & 123456

Select user Management > Department Management > New then set your quotas from there. This is on the 05/15ac range but im sure it has not advanced too much from the older range.

After the above you need to enable Department Codes under Security in admin mode in TopAccess. Here also you can enable for Copy and Print and disable for the other functions as required.
