How can I change the emulation from zebra to toshiba on a Toshiba EX6T3-GS12-?

Best way is to install the BCP setting tool utility from Toshiba | Business to Business Integrated Solutions support.

You will see how to enable and configure Z mode down toward the bottom on the left hand side.

It is much easier to navigate than the LCD panel keyboard navigation arrows.
