I have a large cassette attached to the copier. When I close front door of the LCT cassette, the paper is not lifted. The lcd of the copier says add paper.

The multipin connector at the rear of the machine cracks causing some of the pins not to connect properly. Users use excessive force when closing this tray. The connector on the rear of the lcf should also be checked.

Yes, I have similiar case like this, the form of the pin connector was bend, even tough I faced machine totally off (no power).
