We have 3515 printers. There is no problem in black and white printing, but in color printing, the colors cannot overlap, so it comes out double. laser unit and belt unit were changed but no solution. can you help me

The sample is a little fuzzy, but typical color registration issue on this machine are caused by a broken pin that the shutter for the IQC sensor module rotates on. The shutter doesn't move so the registration sensors can't do their job.

Run 4719, if it fails, enter 4720 and look at the value. If the value is 170, the registration sensors shutter is sticking, or the pin is broken as mentioned above.
If 4719 completes successfully, run Color Deviation adjustment with 9062.

4719 failed gives error CA00, value 4720 is 0

05-4720 have two subcodes, 0 [Front/Rear Side] and 1 [Center Side] for colour registration parameters results. The 0 result for these two subcodes means Normal. Check the subcodes if you just hit Start after 4720 and not after that 0 displaying the subcode.
