e2020AC AirPrint

I installed a new e2020AC today. When users try and print from their iPhones, the data lamp flashes once on the LCD panel but no print happens and no print logs are recorded.

Dept Codes are not turned on.

AirPrint is turned on in Top Access.

Any ideas?

I was unaware until now that there are two setting areas in the latest version of Top Access that have to be enabled. I will have to check that when I go back to the customer office later this week.

One under AirPrint and one under Print settings
