e-35 series: "NEXT ORIGINAL? YES or FINISHED"

    Just curious,
I've seen this on some Toshiba e-studio 28/35/45 series, but not all of them do this :
When placing an original on the glass, if copying only 1 copy, it scans it then makes the print. If selecting 2 or more copies, it scans it then displays " NEXT ORIGINAL? YES or FINISHED ".
The sorter feature is already defaulted to non-sort.
Does anyone know how to shut off this message so it just makes the prints without the "NEXT ORIGINAL" appearing on the display?
    Thank in advance.

Would you vote for me if I tell you?

This inscription is caused by a function that needs to be scanned all originals before print out starts. Sort function is not the only one. Check out setting for: duplex, 2in1, 4in1, magazine sort, etc...

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

I will vote you President of Toshiba if this fixes it.
I have a customer who says this started after we worked on it.
We will check out the info. you gave us. The only thing is it may be a month or 2 before we look at it since I figure it is not worth my trip for something a minor as this, but only when they call for service or we are in the area.
I will return to let you know which one fixes it.
      Thanks againg.
      Have a great week
