E-filing 4505AC cant find out how to save print job to e-filing

Dear All,
as my title i cant find where e-filing function located, i just wanna save time for the same file, everytime i wanna print, i have to print from pc, i have tried to install many different drivers but no hope. Please help e. Many thanks in advance.

Make sure you are using the Toshiba Universal 2 driver. Then on the first page look for a drop down menu in the top left of the print driver screen. It will say "Normal Print". Click on that box and choose "Store to e-filing". Press OK and then you'll be prompted to choose the box on the copier you want to send it to.

Would the open up a file folder, edit address, \\ipaddress, install UNIV driver work in this situation?

It might, but I've never liked using that method because it is using a driver that was preloaded on the copier - usually time of assembly in the factory. As far as I know, that driver needs to be manually updated to stay current. So, it will usually be an old version and may introduce problems. I like to grab the latest version straight from Toshiba's website.

i ve tried to install 2 drivers (red circle) but no luck, never try the yellow circle (fully install), i will try today and send you feed back. Many thanks for your help.

Finally, problem is solved 😂, i ve installed driver from 2017 lol, they remove E-Filing from all new drivers, that's why i cant use e-filing lol. Dont know reason why but im happy with this very old driver.

That's really strange. I've loaded the latest driver on my work PC and it has the e-filing option in the drop down menu. But I'm glad you found a solution! Thanks for letting us know.

I just set this up on Monday, the e-filing option is still there, at least in the US it is.

I don't care for e-filing as it is clunky, takes an image of the page (not an actual file) does not hold settings when scanned in (duplex), and stores to the HDD. HDD dies, all the docs go bye bye.
If they insist on storing them on the HDD, I setup Save as File but, just scan to MFP Local. You can then map the copiers HDD as a network drive, the files are actual PDFs, and can set presets in the driver for the various settings for each doc.

Normally if you disable the eFiling function in TopAccess or via service code then the print driver will pull the eFiling setting function from the machine as unavailable in the print job options, but at least you got a workaround.
