    toshiba 650 star sign on cassette selection in lcd

    there is star ( * ) sign in cassette place in lcd. and I've not found that why this sign is appearing .help about it plz...

      that is an indicator that the tray has special paper (thick,cover..) go to the paper tray properties and "reselect this option to turn it off.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
