    E Studio 452 running @ 10 cpm

    yeah the system is updated, new hdd, new system pwb, updated firmware. Toshiba wants me to replace thermistors...not even going to entertain that suggestion. Thanks in advance

    machine stops after every copy?
    what is the status on the screen? copying or wait

      u mean the copier can only do 10 copies a minute instead of 45 cpm...update..

        Did someone change fuser temp in 08 mode. I know it's weird but I heard about that if there is mismatched codes concerning fuser temp that would cause strange behavior like you describe. It may be worth to set them to default in order just to make sure that isn't your problem.

          We need more info but I agree it sounds fuser related on this model. That said, logic board would make more sense than the sys/hdd if it actually is just feeding slowly.
          I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

            I have had the problem with slow copies. It takes very long time between 2 copies, and for me the solution was to clean the thermistors.
