sometimes you need to do 08-693 up to 20 times
you will notice a button on the screen

also I notice if you leave machine off for more then a minute will go faster online

      note + fac reset

There's a service note about this problem: you should insulate the NIC from the iron frame. No iron parts, screws included, can be connected to the frame. Then reset your NIC by using the jumper on the NIC card.

If this doesn't work i think you should change the NIC card.

One more suggestion - check firmware and re-flash. These Toshiba models are very sensitive to power conditions. Also it might come to HDD change and firmware re-flash.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

Today I have had the same case. Is it getting epidemic?
