    Info on the Toshiba E35

We are considering taking on a maint. contract for a E35 copier. Are they reliable? Anything to look out for? Is the drum and dv unit all in one? I am waiting for the total count on it. Thx

Good machine, two seperate units. Look at see if the drum is buffed about 2" from the rear if it is, it needs magroller "holders" or either a new DV unit. Fuser exit sensor prone to heat up and crack/turn brown. If it looks really bad it will probalby need a new sensor and harness which is also your thermistor harness. We have very few out with over 1mil fwiw. Look at your error history 08+start, 253. If you see CA1 codes that's your laser going out.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

Yeah I guess by "start" I meant turn on... not hold down the start button. Hope he isn't standing by the copier holding all three for the last week or so...
