    E-studio 264CS Admin password

    Hello everyone. I have just bought a second-hand E-studio 264CS to replace my 2550C which remains with error C970. I would like to reset it in particular to configure the IP address. Unfortunately, I don't have the administrator password. I tried 123456, 0000 etc... Nothing works. Could someone help me? A big thanks to all of you.

      This copier is a very old relabelled Okidata. Toshiba Tec no longer supports this model and does not even publish a service manual on it.

      You made a really bad purchase decision.

      Try 999999 .

          Thank you, I just tested but this password does not work. This device is intended to help me while waiting to find the problem on my other device. An E-studio 2550C. Error F101 solved but C970 that comes and goes. I don't lose hope. Thank you again.

                      When the equipment is in standby mode, access the password entry screen by pressing [Setting] → [#] → [0] → [1] → [0] → [3] → [*].

                      Reset Admin
                      Password Execute Returns the administrator password to the factory default value.

                      Note! The initial Password is set to "000000" (six zeros).

                          Good evening. Thank you. I tested the procedure. There are some differences but everything worked. It's great. I was able to reset the administrator password. Once reset, the password is "aaaaaa". Thank you again. I can now set the desired network settings.

                              C970 looks like a bad terminal on one of the main charges

                              im glad we rid all of e-264/263 models
