Maybe I just don't know a way to do this, but I think it's a serious problem that Toshiba needs to fix.
I go to a lot of schools. Of course the schools need to print banner pages to separate the jobs from each teacher. If I arrive after the machine's been down for a while there are sometimes 40 pages of print jobs in the print queue. The print order is banner page, job, banner page, job...etc. I can't enter service ui while there are jobs pending in the print queue, so my only option is to shut down the machine and start in FS mode. I do my business there and restart the machine.
when the machine returns, of course I lose the first 10 pages of print jobs which I understand is typical behavior, but the next thing that happens is that all the banner pages print out of order before the print jobs they are assigned to. I think it needs to be addressed with firmware unless someone is aware of a fix.
Thanks for your attention,
Marc
