    5528A Password

I am working on a 5528A and the usual passwords of #1048# and 123456 do not get me into service mode. Is there another on? It's not in the service manual

Ask the person who set up the machine. At set up, it asks you to change passwords admin and service. The person who set it up is the 1 to ask. We always set it back to default..

      • 61% say they experienced a data loss related to unsecured printing, rising to 63% in the UK and 67% among retail businesses. Although some breaches involve malicious device compromise, many are attributed to human errors such as printouts left in output trays.

Toshiba has all of the latest secuity wants like TPM2, SMB3, Encrypted SSD and anti-malware protection.

There is a procedure built into the copier to retreive lost passwords.
