    Toshiba e-studio 310c issues

    I have two copiers/two issues:

    1. On copier #1 I'm getting code C9C. Does anyone know what this means. It is not in the service manual. At the same time the copier shows a jam, but no paper.

    2.Copier #2 will print, but will not copy. When I press start nothing happens.

    Can anyone help?
