what is the code CD10 refers to in e650 ? thanks alot for any help

CD10 is cleaning brush motor abnormality. Check for locked up used toner transport augers and that the motor will run or try to run (03-115/165)

What if im not getting anything when i run the 115? I have the augers all clear, used toner clear, developer seems heavy but it may just be me since I am looking for anything that may keep this thing from running.. it starts up fine.. when I try to make a copy , the developers start for a split second then it codes cd 10. this is on a 853 same thing code wise. Could it be a fuse? I am getting no response on a 03-115 at all
