e-Studio45 - print/network config?

We inherited an e-Studio45 with a GL 1010 controller. All I have is the Quick Start Guide and the Operator's Manual. No other documentation or software.

I'd like to configure it for our network, but can't figure out how to print a configuration sheet. How can I print one? Besides needing the network info, I need to find out whether I have a GL-1010 v1 or v2.

How do I setup the network configuration (IP address, subnet mask, etc.) on the copier. Is there a "master code" for accessing this information?

The print/scan enabler can run around 700 to 1000 USD. There is no fax activation code, you must purchase and install the fax kit before you have fax (analog) capability. The scan kit gives you internet faxing but this is not used very often. EMujo
