Actually want to know if I can clear the print counters. Am going to replace the print board and don't know if counters follow the board. Am taking the board from a used copier and don't want customer to panic about the number of prints on it.Comment

So in other words you want to fool your customer into thinking he's buying a product with low prints on it. Similar to buying a used car with the odometer turned back.
Very unethical.
Well you won't get any assistance from the pros on this board until some 'hero' comes along and thinks he's the only one who knows and posts the answer. Where did you say you were selling this machine? I want to make sure that nobody that I know does business with you.

Actually not selling the machine. Customer bought at an auction, worked fine, I put under service, now print is acting up. Tech thinks print board is problem, so switching it out. No charge, it is under service.Comment

You should post your real problem-i.e. "Copier not prints" then describe situation briefly, I'm sure you will find a lot of help here doing it this way.
Now everything that sounds like "I need to clear/zeroing/nullify....counter/s" is sharppractice, thought.

repeatcopiers,
if you follow up the procedure in S/H you don't have to worry about the counters. It will be the same as when machine was with old board. Follow the instructions.

PS If you post your problem accurately I am sure we won't get you wrong.I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.Comment
