Toshiba e-studio 6530c SLOW print times

We have just installed two new Toshiba 6530c's at my law firm and all images that are printed take an extraordinary amount of time to print. I have tried updating the copier's firmware, the drive, pcl6 and PS drivers, turning off all advanced printing functions and these things are still printing slowly. Our prior copiers did not have this issue and were connected the exact same way. Looking for any ideas/help.

    Thanks

You cannot install those machines unless you are not an autorized Toshiba tech. Call a tech and don't waste our time.

Really, someone buys machines for $$$$$ but won't pay $$/$$$ for professional to set it up rightly.

One more thing to keep in mind. This forum is not end user hotline.

These devices are on a lease from TOSHIBA, and were installed and setup by a toshiba tech, and they are maintained by them. Toshiba has been unable to resolve the issue thus far.

It is a pity to hear that.

            What is your location?

                Too far for me.

May be there is a colleague that is more near than me.

These machines are newbie in the market so it might be question of firmware/driver update that is still not available. Till than I will suggest you to test HP driver - HP Color Laser Jet 4600 and/or HP Color LaserJet 4550 and/or HP Color LaserJet 8550.

                Good luck.

Tried all 3 drivers, and it will not print to any of them

Thanks for the help, anything else would be greatly appreciated.

I have that problem, and was a configuration problem of the tcp/ip.
If you tell me how you configure the tcp/ip in the drive of the machine....

                              Issue persists with LPR set.
