toshiba e studio 351c

Dear Friends,

One of my clients want its machine's counter to zero.I know how to reset the counter to zero of e studio 350 but that method doesn't work with e studio 351c.
Anyone have an idea please share.....

Resetting Drum History for Toshiba 230 above till 351c same mathod..... did you miss out something when u reach 351 ? or wrong # press?

Dear Friend,

I do the right thing and then 257-0&1.Value is according to my desire but that value doesn't appear when we check counter.The only way i found is to change Rom on sys board with another copiers.It makes that counter disappear otherwise current counter is different from 257's.

Very interesting but confusing too.
Any other Idea???

From experience there is no way to get this right after changing nvrams. I know how to go back to zero but not to any other value, if someone knows how that would be awesome and can PM me... probably best not to discuss resetting meters in the open.
