Toshiba OCR Solution? Scan to Editable Doc Converter?

    Hey Techs!

I vaguely remember Toshiba having an OCR document solution, but I don't remember any specifics. My client uses the e-studio file downloader and would like to convert it to a text document or anything text recognizable.

I found some freeware called SimpleOCR, but I was wondering if any of you have some very simple autoconverters.

My client is _extremely_ stone age retarded with computers.

    I appreciate the help!

the program you are refering to was "Re-Rite". Decent OCR pakage, many output formats (editable searchable PDF. .DOC, Corel, excell etc..) and fairly simple to set up. Came free (for a little while) with 3510C product. If customer has the need for TWAIN scanning, the driver is available. EMujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Re-Rite is the best solution, takes 10 minutes to set up, new version also converts PDF's into Word, Excel etc
Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the restraints
