Put new HDD in the machine and format it.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

Probably because it is an E45 which is at least 10 years old. Things besides UFRs are going to break on these older systems. After you replaced the system bd, did you look in 08/253 to see if you had any "F" codes? If your going to keep it you might want to invest in the jigs, and EEPROMs to get the firmware up to date...especially if you use it as a printer. Oh, by the way, not getting past the splash screen "copier logo" is usually an indication of bad memory. EMujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

                E45..

I've fixed quite a few display problems on this model by replacing the power supply pcb
