    Hi..
    In this two models, in print and copy mode, she made a risk in the margin of the leaf, in the last mm of the leaf.
    And the copy looks like it's dirty.
    Changed the drum, bl, developer.
    Some idea?

    Check/Clean Main and Tr coronas and housings.

      I already clean but still doing the same..
      principally the risk. In one of the edges of the paper, they write a risk, with less then 1 mm thick. this is in the last mm of the paper, in the bottom of the paper.

          test one page through computer

          can u print one page via computer may be u solved ur problem i think laser unit need cleaning

            thanks..
            print from a computer it's the same. but the laser is clean.
            I think it's solved,I go test to see if it's really all good, and then I post here the solution and a scan of the problem.
