I can't remember the codes I got in the past but if you just rebuilt the fuser check the AC wire going to the LHR lamp. If you don't watch when you put it back together it will get pinched and eventually short to ground causing some code or another.I will not give you service manuals or firmware.Comment

i used to have techs put the wrong length screws in the e-16's and e 230 lamps .. they would bottom out leaving a loose connection on the lamp ends
but..
1,2,3,4. Check the thermopiles, Heater and LGC board
Check the above components following the procedures 1, 2,3 and 4 for [C411/C412].
5. Clear the status counter
Change the current status counter value (08-400) "3", "5", "6", "9", "19", "21", "22", "23", "24", "25", "27"
or "29" to "0" for [C44X], taking the same procedure as that for [C41X].
- The error occurred during warming-up: "3", "5" or "6"
- The error occurred after the equipment has become ready: "7"
- The error occurred during printing: "24" or "25"
- The error occurred during energy saving: "27"
- A paper jam occurred: "29"
there is no 08-400 status code of 52 i can find..
now a 25 i can see ... if its 25 i agree check for shorts to ground... sound like a lamp is staying on... youmay have to rig the door and look at all three lamps (if possible) see if they all turn on and off by using the proper test command
side note i notice in manual page 15-10
Remark:
may possibly have been ruined due to causes such as leakage from the chargers.
Check the bias, high-voltage transformers and needle electrodes to see if any of them is defective,
and also look through all the data in the NVRAM.
I fix copiers ...Well SortaComment

You may want to check the machine side fuser connector. These can crack from techs shoving the fuser back into place a little too rough. Difficult to replace as it requires repalcing harness along with the connector. Poor connection generates this code. EMujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.Comment
