    toshiba e-550 developer bulk problem

    Hello.
    toshiba e-550 in front of the metal on the drum machine developer is poured. Developer new. Developer tank no problem. What could be reason? bi yardım edin gardaş

    Problem appeared after changing dev or earlier ? Did you perform 05-200 after changing developer ? Rotate the main dev unit gear by hand while holding mag roller gears - if main gear slips around the shaft then you'll have to change it, also check bias..

                Make sure there is not a lot of build up on the mag rollers. Scotch brite it off if there is. I wouldn't use anything on the scotch brite or at the very most alcohol. Make sure the cleaning brush and cleaning blade are in good shape in the cleaner unit.
                I will not give you service manuals or firmware.
