    E-Studio 351C - CF30 Error

The m/c gives CF30 error after finishing the print / copy. Service Handbook says cf30 means -Reference plate detection voltage abnormality. I had replaced the Color Auto Toner sensor unit itself from a working m/c, Still the same problem. All the consumables are replaced just 20 days back only. The copy volume after replacement is only 10K (3K in color) .

The 351C has a revolver unit and the teeth break. If they break in the correct spot, the MFP has difficulty getting a good reading from the developer sleeve because of excessive play. Sounds like this could be the problem. Emujo

Look for the teeth and also there should be basically zero slop in the revolver unit rotationally and front-to-back in the machine.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

Well about all you have left are the developer units themselves or maybe a warped frame causing the sensor to aim at the wrong place. There's the motor that drives the revolver as well. ... I don't think there is much else to replace unless you replace the machine!
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.
