Toshiba 4511 Unable to copy Color
Been working on This 4511 that has couple of problems...Paper stalls and machines indicates jam only when attempting to make color copies. Black is fine.I read the other posts about the same exact issue however there is no conclusion or resolution posted. My expertise are with Konica C250/C350 series and starting to get more involved with other brands. your help is appreciated.
