When attempting to copy using the document feeder, the machine's LCD pops up the following message..."place doc feeder in down position" and the machine does not work...the machine works great when the document is placed on the glass, so I'm figuring it must be a sensor or a switch...ANY IDEAS??? Check switch in the left back corner of the RADF.
Make RADF's installation procedure one more time from beginning.
BRI'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads. -
Check the acuator on the RADF, it can get broken and or lose the spring under it.Comment
