Question:
I delivered an e-Studio 352 with an MJ-1022 finisher.
After a couple of days the customer complained that the finisher was coming up with a Finisher Full type of message after only a couple of hundred prints. I did verify that the message was coming up so I tried exchanging the finisher with an MJ-1023. A week after that this customer calls back saying its doing the same thing (I still have not gone back to see this copier so I still need to verify this customers claim), but is there a setting I can change for this sort of thing on the copier service modes?
