Toshiba E Studio 900 error code 171172

Got a call from the customer saying they had a wrench and this code 171172. They are 45 miles away so I want my ducks in a row before I travel out there. I look up the codes in my manual and no such code appears so what gives? Has anyone had this kind of code before on these, they cross over to a Ricoh. Customer says there is no SC in front of the code just that number. Heading there monday morning. Thanks for any help.

Not familiar with that machine but it looks like the meter count not the error code. On most Toshiba's the clear & 8 key give the code but not on this one.
