Scan in One City, Print in Another

I need to configure e655 copier at a large Law Firm to allow users to scan in documents at the MFP in one city and have them automatically print out at a different e655 in another city. Both copiers are on the same WAN.

I tried scan to email but the email headers print on the document.

The customer wants to be able to present the finished documents directly to the customer.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Ricoh's can print PDF to FTP as long as printing machine has PostScript3 installed. Not sure of other brands.

Scan to a folder and then use any one of the 100's of programs out there that will watch a folder and print any file that lands in it. I know that Kyocera and Ricoh have a program for it and I would imagine that canon has something similar that is probably free.
