    Toshiba 310c C9C error code at start up

    Copier will not start. Gives C9C error code. Anyone seen this before?

    This code is not in the manual. Did someone try to copy money???

      No. This machine was out of service. No copies made. Was working before it was replaced.

        Check connectors on all of the boards (SLG, LGC, ...) and hard disk. Remove all of the options including print options.
