The auger (part #6LA40607000) that bring the black toner from the toner hopper to the Dev unit, broke.
The first time I replaced it it lasted for about 6 months, the second time it lasted 3 months, that second time I did a major over all on the copier, replaced all developer, drum, transfer belt etc. It lasted about 3 months ounce again.
Did someone ran into this problem before and what did you do. Because I don't have a clue what to do.

Do you mean the auger that carries the toner? If so it must be getting pretty packed to break, i've had a few 3511's do it. Make sure the path and seals are not causing the back up. Everything has to be lined up when you put it back together. Developer lock up is most likely the cause for the first breakage. Also is it genuine toshiba toner?

Thanks for the reply ... the upper left corner of the auger unit has to go underneath a little groove in the rear frame of the copier and I was missing that all along.
Yes it is genuine toner.
I still dont understang why it broke the very first time. But it should be allright now.
