E450 with PS scan to SMB show" file storage Error"

This e450 tested in office with scan to SMB and working very well.
in the customer's office, IP Add, Subnet, Default Gateway all setting correct and print no problem, only the scan to SMB not.

the other floor have a unit of Canon IR 4570 with u-send function. follow the same network path, log-in name & Password. it was working with the Canon but not the toshiba with the same setting. the e450 will show "file stroage error"

this customer network environment have three diffrence domians.

    Thk.

Are the canons logged into the domain and the Toshiba not?
Can the domains see each other? if you plug a computer into the port will it see the destinations? What is the error code (webpage> admin >login >messages)? Is the toshiba on the same subnet as the canons? and by that I mean the same address and router network not just the address. Has the port on the router been opened to allow the toshiba to send from the port.(I have had that at other "multiple" domain locations).
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Are you trying to scan to a 2003 server? Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Those machines do not verify digital signatures and it is, by default, required on server 2003 domains. The group policy setting for this needs to be changed for the domain to only require digital signatures if the client agrees. As far as I know, there are no plans to update the machine to allow this since it was not an issue with the later versions of these machines (452/453 series)
