I had this when one of the wires was pinched. I think it was the one going to the lower home sensor. The "manual" and tech support told me to replace it but I just soldered it back together and never went back. I was under one of the tywraps near a 90 degree bend in the wiring harness.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Some techs pull the finisher guide rail from the machine when working on it and do not re-install it (I'm guilty also). When the customer gets a jam, they pull the finisher to far from the main body and start yanking on the interface cord. Over time the wires start to break. If this is your situation, replace the interface cable. Tray motors and the wiring harness are good candidates for this error code too. You should be able to hear tray motor problems as the tray moves up and down. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
