hello everybody i have jam in the reversing unit just in A4 size and give code E5A( Leading edge of paper not reaching the exit sensor ) i replacde fuser unit and its mot - logic - exit door - reversing unit and nothing helped any ideas thanks alot

try making 1 copy from the glass, if it works you have a stripped driver gear for the turnover section or the turnover drive motor is bad. This motor can be checked in test mode to rule it out. Gears are white plastic with 2 layers for both drive belts. Very common for these to break. EMujo
